The Austube Mills approach to safety starts from within – our internal Goal Zero philosophy, underpinned by the Codes of Practice, guides our business’ commitment to the safety of our people, our products and ultimately, our customers.
To begin 2015 we launched our new campaign to further embed our Codes of Practice across our entire business. The Codes of Practice are a set of rules and standards we have created to develop leadership and employee understanding to prevent the potential for harm.
Through communication materials such as a video and posters, we have brought Goal Zero to life through an ambassador – Zero.
Zero very much animated and alive, represents our business’ subconscious commitment to safety – both on and off our sites our people are striving for interdependent safety behaviours.
From being safe because we have to, to being safe because we want to, Zero supports the strong strategic direction and drive for Austube Mills to achieve world-class safety in everything we do.
